Your email and documents. In European hands.
The sovereign digital workplace. Hosted in the Netherlands,
free from American big-tech lock-in.
Sovereign by design
Your data stays in Europe — no US cloud or big tech
Open at the core
No lock-in, ever
Works like you're used to
Mail, docs, presentations and sheets
Who really holds the keys to your organisation's data?
Your mail, contracts and spreadsheets live with a handful of American tech giants. Prices rise every year, terms change without asking, and under US law they can be ordered to hand over your data — even when it is stored in Europe.
You feel it at every licence renewal, and every time a customer or auditor asks where their data is.
Your organisation's memory shouldn't depend on decisions made on another continent.
We understand. Leaving Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace feels risky
— and staying feels riskier every year.
Your workplace, sovereign again
SovraQ is built in the Netherlands on proven open-source software — the same building blocks European governments are choosing for their own sovereign workplace.

- Sovrawork: files, documents, spreadsheets, chat and video in one place
- Open standards, so you can always take your data with you
- Help moving from Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- A European company, European staff, contracts under Dutch law

A first look at SovraQ Mail
Your inbox, calendar, files and documents in one calm place. It works the way you're used to, so your team can start on day one. And everything is stored in the Netherlands.
Your mail, also on your phone
Read and answer mail on the go, with the same privacy: no ads, no profiling, and your data stays in the Netherlands.
Share files, keep control
Share a folder with a client or volunteer in seconds. Choose who can edit or view, set an expiry date or a password — and your files never leave the Netherlands.
Write together, in real time
Work on the same document with your team, leave comments and see every version. Documents also open in Word, so sharing with others stays easy.
Budgets and plans in Sheets
Formulas, charts and filters for your plans and budgets, in an open file format that also opens in Excel.
What happens if you wait?
Every year on a big-tech platform makes leaving harder: more data, more integrations, higher prices. And "somewhere in a US cloud" is becoming a hard answer to give customers, partners and regulators.
Imagine your workplace without the worry
Your team mails, writes and plans just like today. Your data sits on servers in the Netherlands. Your costs are predictable, your contracts fall under European law, and when anyone asks "where is our data?", you have a one-line answer.
Frequently asked questions

SovraQ is built to run on dedicated servers in Dutch datacentres, operated by SovraQ itself. Backups go to a second, independent European provider. No American cloud services are involved.
